Warranty
Two years, on everything
Every product we sell carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it is delivered. That covers the optics, the accessories, the batteries and the mounts — not just the expensive items.
What counts as a defect
- A sensor that develops dead pixels, banding or a persistent artifact
- A display that fails, flickers or loses a color channel
- A rangefinder that stops reading or drifts outside its stated accuracy
- An infrared illuminator that dims or fails
- A battery that will not hold a meaningful charge inside the two years
- A button, hinge, thread or housing seam that fails under normal use
- Water ingress on a unit used inside its stated IP rating
What it does not cover
- Drops onto hard ground that crack an objective lens or housing
- Submersion beyond the unit's rating
- Damage from a third-party charger or a non-standard cell
- A unit that has been opened or modified
- Cosmetic scratches and normal field wear — which we consider a good sign
How a claim works
- Email support@intenzy.com with your order number and a photo or short clip of the fault. A ten-second video of a flickering display saves a week of back and forth.
- We reply within one business day, and in most cases we can tell from the footage whether it is a defect or a setting.
- If it is a defect, we send a prepaid label. Return shipping on a warranty claim is always on us.
- We repair or replace it. If the model is no longer available, you get the current equivalent or a refund — your choice, not ours.
Before you file
A surprising share of "faults" are settings. If the image looks washed out, check the palette and the gain. If the range is short, check the IR level. If the unit will not power on, charge it over USB-C and try again. We are happy to walk through it with you — just write to us.
Within the first 30 days, you also have the field test: if the product simply is not right for you, defect or not, send it back for a full refund.
